If you wish to phone through your order, please contact me on 01764 656508. My working hours are 10am - 3pm, Monday - Friday. Online ordering can be done 24 hours a day.
Delivery
I will despatch all paid for goods, by the next working day or in the case of payment being made by cheque order will be sent out once the cheque has been cleared by the bank. Our preferred courier will deliver goods outside Crieff. Customers are responsible to ensure that suitable arrangements are made for their orders
Payment Methods
Paypal, is an eBay company and our preferred method of payment, however we will also accept COD (for local orders only) and cheques. Cheques are to be made payable to "Fiona's African Goods". Goods will only be despatched once the bank has cleared the cheque. Customers who want to use debit or credit card for goods ordered on line will need to pay at time of order confirmation. Orders are subject to availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance. All prices include VAT where applicable.
Customers are responsible to ensure that suitable arrangements are made for their orders
Security Policy
We have an effective security policy, which we review regularly. All credit card payments are completed using Paypal. You do not need to be registered with paypal to use the debit/credit card facility. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Claims & Complaints
We really want all our customers to be pleased with our products and services.
If you are not satisfied with any product or service provided by Fiona's African Goods please contact us in writing at the address below.
For orders sent via Courier, all goods should be checked upon delivery. Claims need to be done within a 'reasonable time' period. All goods need to be counted on receipt and any shortages or damage needs to be indicated at the time of delivery. If the goods you have received are not satisfactory, you can claim a refund by sending them back within seven (7) days of receiving them.
